About the role

You'll design and ship AI features for client products — from RAG-based knowledge search to predictive models and workflow automation agents.

You'll work with modern LLM providers and open-source models depending on project needs.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build LLM-powered chatbots and RAG pipelines
  • Develop and evaluate predictive ML models for client use cases
  • Integrate AI features into existing client applications and APIs
  • Stay current with LLM provider capabilities and best practices

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience building ML or LLM-based systems
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major LLM provider API
  • Solid Python skills and familiarity with common ML libraries
  • Ability to explain AI trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders
