About the role
You'll run discovery with client stakeholders, define scope and priorities, and partner with engineering to deliver in two-week sprints.
You'll be the primary point of contact keeping clients informed of progress throughout each engagement.
Responsibilities
- Run discovery calls and translate client goals into a product roadmap
- Write clear specs and acceptance criteria for engineering
- Prioritize the backlog and manage scope across sprints
- Communicate progress and trade-offs to clients each sprint
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in a client-services or agency setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable balancing multiple concurrent client engagements
- Working knowledge of agile delivery practices
