The Challenge

Agarwal Logistics needed to move from manual dispatch and paper delivery slips to a modern courier experience, without maintaining two separate native codebases for iOS and Android on a lean engineering budget.

Our Solution

We built a single React Native codebase covering both platforms, integrated live GPS tracking and route optimization for drivers, and added in-app payments and proof-of-delivery so dispatchers could see order status end to end in real time.
