The Challenge

The client's customers were asking for usage insights, but the only option was a manual, weekly CSV export from support — not a real product feature, and not something that scaled past a handful of accounts.

Our Solution

We designed and built a self-serve analytics dashboard directly inside the product, with real-time charts, exportable reports, and role-based access so each customer only sees their own data.
