The Challenge

This healthcare client's network relied on perimeter-based trust — once inside the VPN, systems could reach far more than they needed to, which was a compliance risk for anything touching patient data.

Our Solution

We redesigned access around zero-trust principles: network segmentation by workload, identity-based access control with least-privilege by default, and continuous verification instead of one-time perimeter checks — aligned with HIPAA-relevant safeguards.
